Bad Back!

I have to say I think that back pain is the most disrupting pain of all. I was doing some gardening yesterday while the kids were at school and I have really hurt my back somehow and I am literally in agony now. I don’t really know how I am going to get on with any of my jobs today, even sitting here now is very uncomfortable but moving around is a nightmare. I really struggled getting the kids into school this morning. I’m now going to go and have a long soak in the bath to see if that helps (along with the pain killers)!
